We started our morning with a delicious cake from Laura. Her one request was to eat cake for breakfast. And of course, we did just that. The kids were thrilled to have such a treat before we went to church. We went to my favorite "Mom and Pop" Mexican restaurant for lunch and then headed to the mall for the end of the summer bargains. Mommy needed some new digs. The night before Grant and I went to a wedding and had the best time with great friends from church. We danced the night away! When we returned home, the kids or should I say Grace, could not wait a minute longer for me to open my presents. Just before the stroke of midnight, I was opening my special gifts from them. I love my new flip flops and toe ring.
I am a truly blessed Mommy to have these precious kids.
