This morning we were pleasantly surprised when we woke up to discover SNOW! We headed out to church only to turn around a few blocks away. The salt trucks had not hit the roads yet and it was quite slippery. Our little car would never have made it on those back country roads. We quick changed clothes and then headed back outside to shovel the walks. The kids couldn't wait to get snow suits on and play.
My family caught me as I snapped this picture of them shoveling our neighbor's walks and driveway. I was reminded of Gracie's cubbie verse from last week....Love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:39
Hot chocolate topped with marshmellows is a favorite treat for my little ones.

You helped me start the tradition of baking cookies for the kids. They along with the neighborhood kids who come over after school are happy that you convinced me to real cookies instead of getting the healthy, organic, all natural, tasteless ones. Missy
