After long discussions we decided to adopt a dog. In July of 2005 we adopted Jack. He is a 1 year old golden retriever mix. He is great with the kids. I will occasionally find him laying on the floor with Gracie's baby blanket over him. He doesn't seem to mind angel wings either.
I will admit he is a bit spoiled.
